Mariangel is a designer based between London and Los Angeles. She has a background in interior design and previously worked for AvroKO while living in San Francisco. She holds a MA in furniture design from Central Saint Martins and a BFA in interior design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Born in Mexico but raised in The United States, Mariangel grew up with an embrace of both cultures. Today she is particularly interested in developing her own sculptural furniture with narratives based on her cultural identities.
